摘 要:本文以2022年沈阳市新收获的稻谷为研究对象,对稻谷的总体质量情况进行调查分析,同时对29个种植面积较大的稻谷品种进行品质指标分析与评价试验。结果表明,99%质量调查的稻谷达到中等质量要求,出糙率和整精米率平均值分别为81.6%和70.0%;测评的29个品种稻谷中有25个品种全项指标达到优质稻谷要求,优质稻谷全项达标率为86.2%。This paper took the newly harvested paddy in Shenyang in 2022 as the research object,investigated and analyzed the overall quality of paddy,and produced quality analysis and evaluation for 29 varieties of paddy with large planting area.The results showed that 99%of the paddy for quality survey met the requirements of medium quality,and the average hushed rice yield and head rice yield were 81.6%and 70.0%,respectively.Among the tested 29 varieties of paddy,25 varieties met the requirements of high quality paddy,and the rate of high quality paddy which all qualities met standard requirements reached 86.2%.
