摘 要:芹菜作为一种常见的蔬菜,其质量安全问题关系到人们的身体健康。芹菜种植不仅成本低,其产量和利润也很理想,但是相对于其他类别的蔬菜而言,芹菜农药残留超标问题严重,不合格率较高。为了进一步了解芹菜质量安全状况,保证人们食用天然无公害芹菜,本文根据山西芹菜农药残留监测数据,对芹菜农药残留超标原因进行分析并提出防治策略,对于防治芹菜农药残留超标具有重要作用。Celery as a common vegetable,its quality and safety is related to people's health.Celery planting is not only low cost,its yield and profit are also ideal,but compared with other categories of vegetables,celery pesticide residues exceed the serious problem,the unqualified rate is high.In order to further understand the quality and safety of celery and ensure that people eat natural pollution-free celery,this paper analyzes the causes of excessive pesticide residues in celery and puts forward prevention and control strategies based on the monitoring data of pesticide residues in Shanxi,which plays an important role in preventing and controlling excessive pesticide residues in celery.
