摘 要:为解决生鲜品流通总成本高、时效性低、损耗率大等问题,将“高铁+公路”运输方式应用于生鲜品中长距离运输,构建以总成本最小、收货时间满意度最大和生鲜品品质满意度最大为优化目标的生鲜品运输路径选择模型。以“广州-北京”为例进行分析,采用快速非支配排序遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm ii,NSGA-II)对模型进行求解。实验结果表明,综合考虑3个目标函数,“高铁+公路”运输方式比单一运输方式更加优越。最后,针对多式联运经营人对模型多目标的不同偏好,引入熵值-TOPSIS法对不同的模型目标组合评价,为多式联运经营人推荐相应的运输方案。研究结果能为基于“高铁+公路”的多目标生鲜品运输路径选择决策提供一定理论和实践参考。In order to solve the problems of high total cost,low timeliness and high loss rate of fresh products circulation,the“high-speed rail+highway”transportation mode is applied to the medium and long-distance transportation of fresh products,and a fresh product transportation path selection model with the minimum total cost,the maximum satisfaction of receipt time and the maximum satisfaction of fresh product quality is constructed.Taking“Guangzhou-Beijing”as an example,the model was solved by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm ii(NSGA-II).The experimental results show that considering the three objective functions,the“high-speed rail+highway”transportation mode is superior to the single transportation mode.Finally,in view of the different preferences of multimodal transport operators for multi-objective models,the entropy-TOPSIS method is introduced to evaluate different model target combinations,and the corresponding transportation schemes are recommended for multimodal transport operators.This study can provide some theoretical and practical reference for the decision-making of multi-objective fresh food transportation route selection based on“high-speed rail+highway”.
