摘　　要：过街楼空间理论的提出,为建筑设计和建筑改造提供有效的形态优化路径与效度提升方法,使得建筑空间设计与改造达到“一体性—整合性”“流动性—连续性”和“关联性—平衡性”的和谐统一。首先,从过街楼本身的概念属性和空间特征出发,通过回溯过街楼的概念起源与类型总结,对既有相关建筑理论的分析与归纳,为过街楼空间理论这一创新理论的提出提供理论依据;其次,结合对当代医院建筑、学校建筑的调研与分析,深入剖析过街楼空间理论在当代设计中的实践。文章试图回答三个问题,一是怎么认识过街楼的空间属性及其重要性;二是如何归纳过街楼的类型并在理论上得以建构;三是如何在实践中检验和运用过街楼空间理论。过街楼空间理论的核心价值在于能够有机整合空间要素并形成一种整体性思考,将连接性的流动空间全局考量,起到增强空间统一性、优化空间可达性、提升空间便捷性及增加空间适用性的作用。The space theory of arcade provides an effective form optimization path and validity improvement method for architectural design and renovation,achieving a harmonious unity from several characters,including“oneness-integration”,“fluidity-continuity”and“correlation-balance”in architectural space design and retrofit.Firstly,starting from focusing on the conceptual attributes and spatial characteristics of arcade,this article offers a theoretical basis for the proposal of this innovative theory by tracing the origin of concepts and summarizing the building types,as well as analyzing existing relevant architectural theories。Secondly,based on the research and analysis on contemporary hospital and school buildings,we delved into practical application of the space theory of arcade in contemporary design.This article attempts to answer three questions:in the first place,how to understand the spatial attributes and importance of arcade;next,how to identify the types of these buildings and construct corresponding theories;thirdly,how to test and apply the space theory of arcade in practice.The core value of this theory lies in its ability to organically integrate spatial elements and eventually form a holistic thinking,fully considering the flow space with connectivity.This enhances spatial unity,optimizes spatial accessibility,improves spatial convenience,and increases spatial applicability.
