摘　　要：科教融合是创新创业人才培养成效的放大器,是创新创业人才培养实施载体的加固器,对促进创新创业人才培养具有重要意义和价值,而创新创业人才培养则是推动科教融合良性循环的融合剂。基于科教融合,从组织创新、教学创新、实践创新三个维度巩固创新创业教育的机制体制、资源基础、主体客体三个支点,从促进创新创业人才培养机制的协同性和系统性、增强创新创业教学与实践内容的创新性和挑战性入手,探索一流创新创业人才培养的可行路径,推动高校教育链、创新链、人才链与行业链、产业链有机衔接,以实现科教融合与创新创业教育的双向赋能。The integration of science and education is a new historical mission entrusted to universities by our country.Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important starting point for higher education to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training and is also of great significance and value in promoting the cultivation of talents for innovation and entrepreneurship,which is an amplifier of the effectiveness of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents and a reinforcement device for the implementation of the carrier.Based on the integration of science and education,three dimensions of organizational innovation,teaching innovation and practice innovation are formed to explore feasible ways to train first-class innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which is conducive to promoting the coordination and systematization of the training mechanism for innovative and entrepreneurial talents,to making the content of teaching and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship more innovative and challenging,to the formation of a double transformation mechanism of scientific research achievements into endogenous resources of teaching and endogenous resources of disciplines,and to promoting the organic connection of college education chain,innovation chain,talent chain with industry chain and industrial chain.It realizes the integration of science and education and the two-way empowerment of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
