摘  要:我国竹林资源丰富,竹子具有生长快、产量高、物理力学性能优良等特性,还是一种可再生、绿色、低碳、可降解等的生物质材料,具有巨大的社会、经济和生态价值。虽然竹产业近年来发展迅速,但是目前竹材初加工自动化程度不高,下游以初级加工产品为主,导致大量竹资源闲置。竹篾是一种常用的竹材初加工单元,在竹材加工产业链上占据重要位置,其结构设计、加工处理工艺和加工效率及精度对下游竹集成材等高附加值竹深加工产品质量和成本控制具有显著影响。文章介绍了竹材微观结构与宏观力学性能之间的关系,概述了竹篾生产工艺和制造设备的发展现状,指出竹篾加工产业存在的问题,提出了提高竹材利用率、改善设备及配套设施、加快竹材精深产品研究的发展方向。China is rich in bamboo forest resources.Bamboo has the characteristics of fast growth,high yield and excellent physico-mechanical properties,and also has great social,economic and ecological value as a renewable,green,low-carbon and degradable biomass material.Although bamboo industry has developed rapidly in recent years,the low automation degree of bamboo primary processing and the primary processed products as the main products in the downstream result in the idleness of a large number of bamboo resources.Bamboo strip is a commonly used primary processing unit,which occupies an important position in the bamboo processing industry chain.Its structural design,processing technique and processing efficiency and precision have a significant impact on the quality and cost control of high value-added deep processing products of bamboo,such as laminated bamboo timber.This paper introduces the relationship between micro structure and macro mechanical properties of bamboo,summarizes the development status of production technique and manufacturing equipment of bamboo strips,and points out the problems existing in the processing industry of bamboo strip.The development directions of bamboo strip industry are put forward,i.e.,improving the utilization rate of bamboo,improving equipment and supporting facilities,and expediting the research on fine and deep bamboo products.
