摘 要:为探究贵州不同地区不同生长阶段猪饲料营养价值,本研究收集了贵州铜仁、六盘水、安顺和黔南地区18份仔猪配合饲料、19份仔猪浓缩饲料、15份保育猪配合饲料、63份保育猪浓缩饲料与12份母猪妊娠饲料,共计127份饲料,进行粗蛋白质、水分、氯化物、粗灰分、钙和磷6个营养指标的测定。结果表明,贵州不同地区猪饲料粗蛋白质含量为13.66%~41.80%,水分含量为9.64%~13.50%,氯化物含量为0.40%~2.59%,粗灰分含量为4.50%~15.49%,钙含量为0.59%~2.72%,磷含量为0.52%~1.20%。由猪饲料品质鉴定结果可知,贵州铜仁、六盘水、安顺和黔南地区猪饲料营养品质整体良好,本研究数据对猪饲料营养配方的优化起到重要参考作用,为猪饲料工业的发展提供数据支持。In order to explore the nutritional value of pig feed at different growth stages in different regions of Guizhou province,this study collected 18 piglets'compound feeds,19 piglets'concentrated feeds,15 nursery pigs'compound feeds,63 nursery pigs'concentrated feeds and 12 sows'pregnancy feeds in Tongren,Liupanshui,Anshun and southern Guizhou.A total of 127 feeds were collected.Six nutritional indexes of crude protein,moisture,chloride,ash,calcium and phosphorus were determined.The results showed that the content of crude protein was 13.66%~41.80%,moisture 9.64%~13.50%,chloride 0.40%~2.59%,ash 4.50%~15.49%,calcium 0.59%~2.72%and phosphorus 0.52%~1.20%in the diets of pigs in different areas of Guizhou.According to the identification results of pig feed quality,the nutritional quality of pig feed in Tongren,Liupanshui,Anshun and southern Guizhou is generally good.The data in this study play an important reference role in the optimization of pig feed nutritional formula,and provide data support for the development of pig feed industry.
