摘　　要：高职院校教师教学创新团队建设是打造高质量“双师型”教师队伍的重要举措。以常州信息职业技术学院牵头成立的江苏省职业教育“双师型”教师团队电子与信息协作组为例,通过分析高职院校教学创新团队协作共同体的建设举措,以期加强高职院校师资队伍建设,提高教师能力。The construction of teachers′teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to build a high-quality"double-qualified"teacher team.Taking the"double-qualified"teacher team of electronic and information cooperation group in Jiangsu province led by Changzhou College of Information Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the construction measures of teaching innovation team collaborative communities in higher vocational colleges,so as to strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and improve teachers′abilities in higher vocational colleges.
