摘  要:在网络化背景下,在线教师工作坊为教师专业发展及教研活动提供了互动交流的平台,对提升教师专业素养、延伸后续教学效果产生了积极影响。在线教师工作坊通过在线交流、合作和分享,帮助教师实现知识互通和资源共享,进而促进他们互相学习、共同发展。应从参与度、交互度、认可度三方面切入,对教研行为的实际效果展开评估,为教师专业成长和未来发展夯实基础。In the context of digitization,online teacher workshops serve as interactive platforms for professional development and pedagogical research activities.They have a positive impact on enhancing teachers’professional competence and extending the effectiveness of subsequent teaching.Online teacher workshops facilitate knowledge exchange and resource sharing among educators through online communication,collaboration,and information sharing,fostering a culture of mutual learning and collective development.This study recommends evaluating the practical outcomes of teaching research behavior in terms of participation,interaction,and recognition to provide a strong foundation for teachers’professional growth and future development.
