摘　　要：根据实际参与的事故调查工作,详细介绍了蔬菜腌制企业有限空间事故调查的技术推理和分析过程,并以蔬菜腌制企业实际走访调研为基础,从人员、设备、物料、生产环境和管理等5个方面对行业风险现状进行了分析,最后,根据浙江斜桥榨菜食品有限公司的实际情况,提出了蔬菜腌制企业有限空间事故风险防控对策思路和技术方案。Based on accident investigation work,this article introduced the technical reasoning and analysis process of accident investigation of limited job space accidents in vegetable pickling enterprises.And based on actual visits and research of vegetable pickling enterprises,the article conducted industry risk analysis from five aspects:personnel,equipment,materials,production environment and management.Finally,based on the actual situation of Zhejiang Xieqiao Zhacai Food Co.,Ltd.,the risk prevention and control strategies and technical solutions for limited space ac-cidents in vegetable pickling enterprises were proposed.
