摘 要:目的探讨钴铬合金与纯钛烤瓷冠对种植体周围牙周健康的影响。方法选择2018年8月—2020年7月期间在成武县人民医院口腔科进行治疗的102例种植修复患者作为研究对象,根据修复体材料分为钴铬合金组(51例)和纯钛组(51例),检测患者在种植前和种植后1个月和6个月的牙周指标。结果治疗后1个月和6个月,纯钛组牙龈指数分别为(0.68±0.16)、(0.26±0.18),牙龈龈沟探诊深度分别为(1.36±0.35)、(1.71±0.37)mm,龈沟液分别为(0.33±0.06)、(0.40±0.03)mg,均低于钴铬合金组的(0.79±0.18)、(0.60±0.19)、(1.37±0.26)mm、(2.45±0.30)mm、(0.34±0.03)mg、(0.64±0.08)mg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月和6个月,纯钛组丙二醛分别为(6.38±1.28)、(6.73±1.32)ng/mL,白细胞介素1β分别为(0.33±0.06)、(0.40±0.03)ng/mL、白细胞介素6分别为(2.97±0.50)、(3.75±0.42)ng/mL,均低于钴铬合金组的(6.43±1.18)、(6.98±1.45)、(0.34±0.03)、(0.64±0.08)、(3.16±0.51)、(4.41±0.57)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月和6个月,纯钛组超氧物歧化酶分别(232.19±9.65)、(221.08±8.36)ng/mL,水平高于钴铬合金组的(231.15±8.69)、(213.52±9.53)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随长时间种植牙修复后均会对种植体周围牙周健康产生影响,与钴铬合金烤瓷冠相比,纯钛烤瓷冠的疗效更佳。Objective To investigate the effects of cobalt chromium alloy and pure titanium porcelain crowns on peri-implant periodontal health.Methods A total of 102 patients with implant restoration who were treated in the Stomatology Department of Chengwu County People's Hospital from August 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the prosthesis materials,they were divided into cobalt chromium alloy group(51 cases)and pure titanium group(51 cases),and the periodontal indicators of the patients were detected before implantation and 1 and 6 months after implantation.Results After 1 month and 6 months of treatment,the gingival index of the pure titanium group were(0.68±0.16)and(0.26±0.18),respectively,the probing depth of the gingival sulcus were(1.36±0.35)mm and(1.71±0.37)mm,and the gingival fluid were(0.33±0.06)mg and(0.40±0.03)mg,respectively,which were lower than those of the cobalt chromium alloy group(0.79±0.18),(0.60±0.19),(1.37±0.26)mm,(2.45±0.30)mm,(0.34±0.03)mg,and(0.64±0.08)mg,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 6 months of treatment,the pure titanium group showed(6.38±1.28)ng/mL and(6.73±1.32)ng/mL of malondialdehyde,and interleukin-1βvalues were(0.33±0.06)ng/mL,(0.40±0.03)ng/mL,and interleukin-6 were(2.97±0.50)ng/mL and(3.75±0.42)ng/mL,respectively,which were lower than those of(6.43±1.18)ng/mL,(6.98±1.45)ng/mL,(0.34±0.03)ng/mL,(0.64±0.08)ng/mL,(3.16±0.51)ng/mL and(4.41±0.57)ng/mL in the cobalt chromium alloy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month and 6 months of treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase in the pure titanium group were(232.19±9.65)ng/mL and(221.08±8.36)ng/mL,respectively,higher than those in the cobalt chromium alloy group(231.15±8.69)ng/mL and(213.52±9.53)ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The periodontal health around the implant will be affected with the long-term restoration of the implant.Compared with the cobalt chromium porce
