摘　　要：目的 研究晚期肺癌免疫治疗的短期疗效和安全性。方法 选取2022年1月—12月无锡市第二人民医院肿瘤科晚期肺癌患者78例作为研究对象,按摸球法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组患者采用传统化疗方式,研究组患者采用免疫治疗方式。对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果 研究组患者疼痛、咳嗽、气喘等情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率(35.90%)低于对照组(69.23%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.303,P<0.05);研究组患者的客观缓解率、疾病控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用免疫治疗晚期肺癌能有效降低不良反应的发生情况,具有较好的临床疗效和安全性。Objective To study the short-term efficacy and safety of immunotherapy for advanced lung cancer.Methods 78 patients with advanced lung cancer in the Department of Oncology of Wuxi Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly grouped into the control group and the study group according to the touch-ball method,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional chemotherapy and patients in the study group were treated with immunotherapy.The treatment results of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The pain,cough and asthma of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistiacally significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the patients in the study group was 35.90%,which was lower than that of 69.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistiacally significant(χ^(2)=4.303,P<0.05).The objective remission rate and disease control rate of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistiacally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of immunotherapy for advanced lung cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has better clinical efficacy and safety.
