叶面喷施硒肥对玉米籽粒硒及其他矿质元素含量的影响

摘　　要：硒元素是一种动物和人类生长发育必需的矿质营养元素,硒元素缺乏是一种世界性问题。为评价叶面喷施硒肥对玉米籽粒硒及其他矿质元素含量的影响,本研究通过2个生长季(2年)的田间试验,探究了雨养条件下,在玉米灌浆期叶面喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠溶液对玉米籽粒产量、硒含量、硒积累量、硒利用率以及其他矿质元素含量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施亚硒酸钠溶液对玉米产量无显著影响,能够显著提高玉米籽粒硒含量和硒积累量,且随着喷施浓度的不断升高而升高,但对玉米籽粒铁、锰、铜、锌这4种矿质元素含量无影响。同时,2个生长季之间,硒含量和硒积累量差异较大,说明环境因素对玉米籽粒吸收利用外源硒肥具有较大的影响。综上,叶面喷施亚硒酸钠溶液是改善玉米籽粒硒元素营养状况的重要措施。Selenium is an essential mineral nutrient for growth and development of animal and human,but selenium deficiency is a global problem.In order to evaluate the effect of foliar spraying of selenium fertilizer on the selenium content and other mineral element content in corn grains,this study conducted field experiments in two growth seasons(2 years)to investigate the effects of foliar spraying of different concentrations of sodium selenite solution on corn grain yield,selenium content,selenium accumulation,selenium utilization efficiency,and other mineral element content during the filling period of corn under rain fed conditions.The results showed that foliar spraying with sodium selenite solution had no significant effect on corn yield,but could significantly increase the selenium content and selenium accumulation in corn grains,which increased with the continuous increase of spraying concentration.However,foliar spraying with sodium selenite solution had no effect on the four mineral element contents of iron,manganese,copper,and zinc in grains.Meanwhile,there was a significant difference in selenium content and selenium accumulation between the two growing seasons,indicating that environmental factors had a significant impact on the absorption and utilization of exogenous selenium fertilizer in corn grains.In summary,foliar spraying with sodium selenite solution is an important measure to improve the selenium nutritional status of corn grains.
