摘 要:本文选择短小芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌为脱毒菌种,研究3种菌种的上清液、菌悬液和细胞悬浮液对呕吐毒素(DON)的脱毒效果。选择脱毒效果较好的处理进行单因素试验设计,研究其在不同温度(35、45、55℃)、不同pH值(5、7、9)下的脱毒效果。结果表明,3种菌种的上清液、菌悬液、细胞悬浮液均对DON有脱毒作用,其中短小芽孢杆菌菌悬液、枯草芽孢杆菌上清液、地衣芽孢杆菌上清液的脱毒率最高,分别为54.74%、63.32%、57.68%;其最适温度分别为55、45、45℃,脱毒率分别达到74.35%、75.50%、83.51%,显著高于其他温度下的脱毒率(P<0.05);其最佳pH值分别为7、5、5,脱毒率分别达到72.89%、70.81%、75.60%,显著高于其他pH值下的脱毒率(P<0.05)。This paper selected Bacillus pumilus,Bacillus subtilis,and Bacillus licheniformis as the detoxification strains to study the detoxification effects of the supernatants,bacterial suspensions,and cell suspensions of the three strains on deoxynivalenol(DON),selected a treatment with better detoxification effect and conduct a single factor experi-mental design to study its detoxification effect at different temperatures(35,45,55℃)and pH values(5,7,9).The results showed that the supernatants,bacterial suspensions,and cell suspensions of the three bacterial strains all had detoxi-fication effects on DON.Among them,Bacillus pumilus suspension,Bacillus subtilis supernatant,and Bacillus licheni-formis supernatant had the highest detoxification rate,which reached 54.74%,63.32%,and 57.68%,respectively,the optimal temperatures were 55,45,45℃,and the detoxification rates reached to 74.35%,75.50%,and 83.51%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of other temperatures(P<0.05);the optimal pH values were 7,5,and 5,respectively,and the detoxification rate reached to 72.89%,70.81%,and 75.60%,which were significantly higher than those of other pH values(P<0.05).
