闲置固定资产在区位劣势下的盘活路径探索

摘　　要：在当前政府债务压力较大、企业经营较为困难的形势下,如何高效、快速地盘活部分闲置固定资产,以减少开支增加收入,成为各方考虑的重点。文章通过实地调研走访,归纳了劣势区位下盘活闲置固定资产的几大阻力,结合相关政策解读、学者研究,提出盘活工作应该着力进行的措施。从某地实际盘活情况来看,部分措施取得了良好的效果,总结推广,以提高闲置资产利用率,实现投资价值最大化。In the current situation of government debt pressure,enterprise operation is more difficult,how to efficiently and quickly ac-tivate some idle fixed assets to reduce expenditure and increase income has become the focus of all parties.Through on-the-spot investiga-tion and interview,this paper sums up several resistance factors of idle fixed assets activation under inferior position,and puts forward some measures for activation.From the actual situation of a certain place,some measures have achieved good results,summary and promotion,in order to enhance the utilization rate of idle assets,to achieve maximum investment value.
