摘  要:为探讨家庭环境对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童学业表现的影响机制,使用注意缺陷多动障碍筛查量表-父母问卷、家庭环境量表-中文版、亲子关系量表和科学成就测验对山东省青岛市筛查出的338名注意缺陷多动障碍儿童进行统计分析。结果表明,注意缺陷多动障碍儿童家庭环境与亲子关系、学业表现存在显著正相关;亲子关系与学业表现存在显著正相关;亲子关系在注意缺陷多动障碍儿童家庭环境和学业表现之间起完全中介作用,中介效应占总效应的45.13%,即家庭环境通过亲子关系间接影响注意缺陷多动障碍儿童学业表现。可通过提高家庭教育质量,改善注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的学业表现。To explore the influence mechanism of family environment on academic performance of children with ADHD,and to provide scientific basis for family education and academic improvement of children with ADHD.Methods A total of 338 children with ADHD from Qingdao,Shandong Province were statistically analyzed using the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Screening Scale-Parent Questionnaire,Family Environment Scale-Chinese version,parent-child relationship scale and scientific achievement test.Results There was significant positive correlation between family environment and parent-child relationship and academic performance of ADHD children.Parent-child relationship has significant positive correlation with academic performance.Parent-child relationship plays a completely mediating role between family environment and academic performance of ADHD children,and the mediating effect accounts for 45.13%of the total effect.Conclusion The family environment indirectly affects the academic performance of children with ADHD through parent-child relationship,and the academic performance of children with ADHD can be improved by improving the quality of family education.
