摘　　要：目的 经鼻内镜切除侵犯前颅底鼻腔恶性肿瘤的围术期护理体会。方法 选择2019年10月—2021年10月本院收治的110例侵犯前颅底鼻腔恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据手术先后顺序将其等分为常规组和观察组两组,每组各55例。常规组给予常规护理,观察组给予有效全面的围术期护理,观察比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、护理效果与满意度的变化。结果 对患者围术期间实施有效的护理干预,结果显示:观察组的并发症发生情况低于常规组(P<0.05),观察组护理效果明显优于常规组(P<0.05),观察组的满意度优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 经鼻内镜肿瘤切除术因其独特的优势在临床得到广泛运用,本研究通过对前颅底鼻腔恶性肿瘤患者围术期间提供早期的心理支持、术前准备以及术后全面的护理,提高患者围术期的安全系数,为患者有效减少术后并发症的发生风险,使患者的护理满意度得到显著的提高,因此值得临床运用和推广。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience during transnasal endoscopic resection of tumors invading the anterior skull base and nasal cavity.Methods From October 2019 to October 2021,110 patients with malignant tumors that invading anterior skull base nasal cavity were selected as the study subjects.According to the order of operation,the patients were divided into routine group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given effective and comprehensive perioperative nursing.To observe and compare the incidence of postoperative complications,nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results Effective nursing intervention was applied during perioperative period and the results showed that:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing effect of observation group was better than that of routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Because of its unique advantages,transnasal endoscopic tumor resection is widely used in clinic.This study provided early psychological support,preoperative preparation and comprehensive postoperative care for patients with anterior skull base and nasal cavity malignant tumors during perioperative period.To improve the safety coefficient for patients during perioperative period and effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications,the patient's nursing satisfaction has been significantly improved,so it is worth clinical application and promotion.
