摘 要:为探讨盾构隧道管片接缝长期防水性能,分析了橡胶密封垫的防水失效机理,并提出长期防水性能折减系数公式。从结果看:橡胶密封垫老化后加剧了材料的硬化以及接触面状况的恶化,导致接缝间形成渗漏通道,防水性能不断降低。通过所提出防水性能预测公式预测了某盾构隧道管片橡胶密封垫的耐久性能,结果显示预测数据比仅考虑力学性能时减小约12%,说明所提公式在预测隧道渗漏现象及使用寿命时更合理可靠。In order to further investigate the long-term waterproof performance of shield tunnel segment joints,the waterproof failure mechanism of rubber gasket was analyzed,and the formula of long-term waterproof performance reduction coefficient was proposed.The results show that the aging of the rubber gasket aggravates the hardening of the material and the deterioration of the condition of the contact surface,resulting in the formation of leakage channels between the joints and the continuous reduction of waterproof performance.The proposed waterproof performance prediction formula is used to predict the durability of a shield tunnel segment rubber gasket.The results show that the predicted result is about 12%less than that only considering the mechanical properties,indicating that the proposed formula is more reasonable and reliable in predicting the tunnel leakage phenomenon and service life.
