高校工会助力教职工思想政治工作路径实践研究——以辽宁省交通高等专科学校工会“五步”铸“红心”为例

摘　　要：工会的一切工作都要以职工为中心,思想政治工作同样如此。引领职工群众坚定不移听党话、矢志不渝跟党走,巩固党执政的阶级基础和群众基础,推进党史学习教育常态化长效化,不断巩固党史学习教育成果是工会组织首要的政治责任。本文以辽宁省交通高等专科学校工会“五步”铸“红心”为例,介绍高校工会助力教职工思想政治工作路径实践和方法,实现党史学习教育走深走实走新更走心,助推党史学习教育有广度有深度有温度,推动党史学习教育常态化长效化实效化。All the work of the labor union should be centered on the workers,and the ideological and political work is the same.It is the primary political responsibility of labor union organizations to lead workers to unswervingly follow the Party,consolidate the class foundation and mass foundation of the Party's governance,promote the normalization and long-term development of Party history learning and education,and constantly consolidate the achievements of Party history learning and education.It takes the"five steps"cast"red heart"of the labor union of Liaoning Provincial College of Communications as an example to introduce the practice and method of the ideological and political work path of the university labor union to help the faculty and staff,so as to realize the Party history learning education to go deep and solid,promote the Party history learning education to have depth,and promote the Party history learning education to be normalized in long-term effectiveness.
