摘 要:塔基视频是自然资源实时化、智能化监测的重要手段之一。现有监控点位存在布设不科学、视频目标检测技术不成熟、单目监控定位精度低等问题,极大限制了塔基视频的监管作用。针对塔基摄像头在自然资源智能监测应用中的技术瓶颈,本文提出了以下3项关键技术:通过引入空间特征信息改进遗传算法,优化监控摄像选址;通过构建建设行为目标检测模型并引入目标过滤策略,提升智能目标检测精度;基于投影矩阵变换理论,实现多倍焦距单目监控摄像机远距离定位。应用实践表明,本文提出的关键技术具有可行性和可用性,能够为基于塔基视频的自然资源智能监测提供技术支撑。Tower-based video is one of the important means of real-time and intelligent monitoring of natural resources.However,the existing problems such as unscientific deployment of monitoring points,backward video target detection technology,and low positioning accuracy of monocular monitoring greatly inhibit the role of tower video supervision.Aiming at the technical bottleneck of tower-based camera in the intelligent monitoring application of natural resources,three technologies are proposed in this paper.Firstly,the spatial feature information is introduced to improve the genetic algorithm to optimize the location of surveillance cameras.Secondly,to improve the accuracy of intelligent target detection,a construction behavior target detection model is built and a target filtering strategy is introduced.Thirdly,based on the theory of projection matrix transformation,the multi-focal length monocular surveillance camera remote positioning is realized.This paper carries out application experiments combined with actual projects to prove the feasibility and availability of three key technologies proposed in this paper,which can provide technical support for the scientific and efficient use of tower-based video monitoring to solve the pain points of natural resources monitoring business.
