摘 要:目的 探讨雄激素受体(AR)、细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclin D1)在非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及与患者超声征象的关系。方法 收集105例非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者的非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测AR、cyclin D1表达情况。比较非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常组织中AR、cyclin D1表达情况,比较不同组织学分级、AR表达情况、cyclin D1表达情况非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者的超声征象。采用Pearson相关分析法分析AR、cyclin D表达情况与非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者超声征象的相关性。结果 非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌组织中AR、cyclin D1阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁正常组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同组织学分级非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者的肿瘤直径、边缘毛刺征、后方回声、周边高回声晕征、腋窝淋巴结转移情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同AR、cyclin D1表达情况非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者的肿瘤直径、病灶内微钙化情况、病灶内血流情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。AR、cyclin D1表达与非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者的肿瘤直径、病灶内微钙化及病灶内血流均呈正相关(P﹤0.01)。结论非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌组织中AR、cyclin D1阳性表达率均较高,且其表达与患者的超声征象有关。Objective To analyze the expression of androgen receptor(AR)and cyclin D1 in non-specific invasive breast cancer and their relationship with ultrasonic signs of patients.Method The non-specific invasive breast cancer tis-sues and adjacent normal tissues of 105 patients with non-specific invasive breast cancer were collected,and the expres-sion of AR and cyclin D1 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.The expression of AR and cyclin D1 between non-specific invasive breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were compared,and the ultrasonic signs of non-specific invasive breast cancer patients with different histological grades,AR expression and cyclin D1 expression were also compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of AR and cyclin D1 expression with ul-trasonic signs in patients with non-specific invasive breast cancer.Result The positive expression rates of AR and cyclin D1 in non-specific invasive breast cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.01).There were significant differences in tumor diameter,marginal burr sign,posterior echo,peripheral hyperechoic halo sign and axillary lymph node metastasis among patients with non-specific invasive breast cancer of different histological grades(P<0.05).There were significant differences in tumor diameter,microcalcification and blood flow in the focus of patients with non-specific invasive breast cancer with different AR and cyclin D1 expression(P<0.05).The expression of AR and cyclin D1 were positively correlated with tumor diameter,microcalcification and blood flow in the focus of patients with non-specif-ic invasive breast cancer(P<0.01).Conclusion The positive expression rates of AR and cyclin D1 in non-specific inva-sive breast cancer tissues are higher,and their expression are correlated with the ultrasonic signs of patients.
