肿瘤学专业型研究生开展基础医学课题研究的教学实践和探索

摘　　要：随着住院医师规范化培训与专业型研究生并轨的新模式到来,专业型医学研究生在临床的诊疗技能得到了显著提高。在推行并轨新模式之际,本文对肿瘤学专业型研究生在接受住院医师规范化培训的同时,如何提高科研素养并开展基础课题研究进行讨论,探讨肿瘤学专业型研究生在进行临床工作的同时如何准确把握研究方向,从临床实际问题出发进行有序而有效的基础课题研究,以期培养临床技能与科研能力兼备的复合型人才,以促进医药领域健康发展。With the introduction of novel model that integrates standardized training for residents with high-quality education for professional graduate students,there has been significant enhancement in the clinical diagnostic and treat-ment skills of graduate students with professional degrees.In the process of implementing this new integrated model,this review mainly discusses how to improve the scientific research quality and carry out basic research while receiving the standardized training of residents,and explores how to accurately grasp the research direction and conduct effective basic research based on clinical practical problems while conducting clinical work,so as to cultivate versatile talents proficient in both clinical skills and scientific inquiry and to promote the advancement of the medical field.
