摘 要:目的为全面提升广州市化妆品产业国际竞争力,加快建设现代化产业体系,推动化妆品产业高质量发展,对重点监管品类染发类化妆品检验结果的不合格产品分布情况、检验不合格高发项目、潜在原因以及突出风险点进行分类数据统计及原因分析。方法对广东省药品监督管理局2020年一2022年抽检通告中广州生产的不合格化妆品应用Microsoft Office Excel进行统计,根据其占比情况、抽样环节、不合格项目、主要不合格成分等进行了多维度分析,为染发类化妆品的市场监管积累数据。结果近3年广州市生产的染发类化妆品总体不合格占比逐年下降;超限量使用染发剂成分或添加禁用染发剂成分的情况较少,但是产品与标签标识或与批件不一致的问题突出。结论广州市流通、使用环节染发类的产品质量稳定,生产环节需要重点加强监管,普及生产经营者的法律意识;化妆品线上销售渠道多样,产品质量参差不齐,给化妆品监管工作提出更高的挑战。Objective In order to comprehensively enhance the international competitiveness of cosmetics industry in Guang-zhou,accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system,and promote high-quality development of the cosmetics indus-try,this study classifies and analyzes data on the distribution of unqualified products,high-frequency unqualified inspection items,potential causes,and prominent risk points in key regulatory categories of hair dye cosmetics.Methods Microsoft Office Excel was used to analyze the statistics of unqualified cosmetic products produced in Guangzhou from the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration's sampling announcements from 2020 to 2022.Multi-dimensional analysis was conducted based on the proportion,sampling links,unqualified items,main unqualified ingredients to accumulate data for the market supervision of hair dye cosmetics.Results The overall unqualified rate of hair dye cosmetics produced in Guangzhou has declined annually over the past three years.The use of excessive amounts of hair dye ingredients or the addition of prohibited hair dye ingredients is relatively rare,but there are prominent issues with inconsistencies between product labels and batch documents.Conclu-sion The quality of hair dye products in circulation and use stages is stable in Guangzhou,but the production stage requires more stringent supervision and increased legal awareness among producers and operators.The cosmetics industry has diverse online sales channels,and the quality of products varies greatly,posing higher challenges for future supervision on cosmetics.
