摘 要:随着来华留学生人数不断增多,他们的诸多心理问题也逐渐呈现并引起高校关注。由于目前各高校普遍缺少针对留学生的心理健康教育课程和有效心理咨询指导,因此加强留学生心理健康教育是当下留学生教育管理工作的重点课题。该文分析中医院校来华留学生的心理问题来源、具体表现,“审证求因”“辨证施治”,尝试从课堂教学入手,凝练课程思政元素,通过“四诊合参”“对症下药”等方式,固本培元,注重留学生自我心理健康教育,以博大的中医药专业知识和深邃的中华文化涵养留学生,内外兼治,未病先防,既病防变,构建来华留学生心理健康教育体系。The number of overseas students in China has rapidly increased,and the management and social problems caused by the psychological problems of the overseas students in China have gradually emerged.However,there is a general lack of curriculum guidance for overseas students'mental health education in domestic colleges and universities.Strengthening the mental health education of overseas students studying in China has become the focus of the work for overseas student education.This paper analyzes the source and concrete manifestation of the psychological problems of the overseas students in Chinese medical colleges,and tries to condense the ideological and political elements of the course from classroom teaching,we should pay attention to the self-mental health education of the foreign students by means of“four diagnosis and joint consultation”and“medicine according to the symptoms”,and cultivate the foreign students with the great professional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and profound Chinese culture,and treat both internal and external diseases and prevent diseases before they occur,the system of mental health education for foreign students in China should be constructed.
