摘 要:为了降低聚酯酯化反应和缩聚反应酯化水的化学需氧量(COD),节约处理废水成本,建立了乙醛回收装置,回收酯化水中的乙醛和乙二醇。试验发现,酯化水温度的变化对乙醛装置分离效果影响较为明显,通过调整温度,提高了乙醛和乙二醇回收量,每年可多回收50 t乙醛和90 t乙二醇。In order to reduce the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of esterified water of polyester esterifica⁃tion reaction and polycondensation reaction,and save the cost of wastewater treatment,an acetaldehyde re⁃covery device was established to recover acetaldehyde and ethylene glycol in esterified water.It is found that the change of temperature of esterified water has obvious influence on the separation effect of acetalde⁃hyde unit.By adjusting the temperature,the recovery amount of acetaldehyde and ethylene glycol is in⁃creased,and 50 t of acetaldehyde and 90 t of ethylene glycol can be recovered more every year.
