摘  要:随着水污染事件频发,地表水中的有机化合物含量激增,现行的检测方法无法满足多种化合物的检测需求。因此,提出基于吹扫-捕集气相色谱的地表水中有机化合物的检测方法。通过多轮有机化合物检测,确定此方法的应用条件,并得到良好的应用效果。试验结果得出最佳检测条件为:吹扫速度25 mL/min;吹扫时间10 min,如有机物沸点较高可放宽至14 min;解析温度200℃;解析时间2.5 min,如有机物沸点较高可放宽至4 min。此方法检出限、准确度与精密度均较高,且操作简单,经济性强。With the frequent occurrence of water pollution,the content of organic compounds in surface wa⁃ter has increased sharply,and the current testing methods can't meet the testing requirements of various compounds.Therefore,a testing method for organic compounds in surface water based on purging-trapping gas chromatography is proposed.Through multiple rounds of organic compound testing,the application con⁃ditions of this method were determined,and good application results were obtained.The test results show that the best testing conditions are:purge speed 25 mL/min;purge time 10 min,if the boiling point of organ⁃ic matter is high can be relaxed to 14 min;analytical temperature 200℃;the analytical time 2.5 min,which can be extended to 4 min if the boiling point of organic matter is higher.This method has high detection lim⁃it,accuracy and precision,simple operation and strong economy.
