演化博弈视角下高校专利成果转化收益分配问题研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]在科教兴国与知识产权强国的战略背景下,探析高校专利成果转化中的收益分配问题,为制定科学的高校专利成果收益分配机制提供参考。[方法/过程]以演化博弈论为基础,构建以高校、发明人和企业三者为主体的专利成果转化模型,动态分析收益分配相关因素对高校专利成果转化各方策略选择的影响。[结果/结论]高校专利成果转化各方策略选择与收益分配比例等因素密不可分,并提出相关对策建议。[Purpose/significance]Under the strategic background of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through intellectual property rights this paper analyzes the problem of income distribution in the transformation of patent achievements in universities and provides reference for the development of scientific income distribution mechanism of patent achievements in universities.[Method/process]Based on evolutionary game theory this paper constructs a patent achievement transformation model with universities inventors and enterprises as the main body and dynamically analyzes the influence of relevant factors of income distribution on the strategic choice of all participants in the transformation of patent achievements in universities.[Result/conclusion]The study finds that the strategy selection of each participant in the transformation of patent achievements in universities is inseparable from the proportion of income distribution and other factors and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
