摘　　要：目的:探讨聚桂醇治疗舌下腺囊肿的疗效。方法:回顾性总结我科以泡沫化聚桂醇注射治疗舌下腺囊肿4例,随访8~12个月。结果:2例治疗1次痊愈,1例治疗2次痊愈,1例3次治疗后复发,经手术治疗后痊愈。结论:泡沫化聚桂醇注射治疗舌下腺囊肿疗效显著,术后反应轻,并发症较少,值得临床推广。Objective:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of lauromacrogol in the treatment of sublingual gland cyst.Methods:4 cases of sublingual gland cysts treated with foaming lauromacrogol injection were retrospectively reviewed and followed up for 8-12 months.Results:2 cases were cured once,1 case was cured twice,and 1 case relapsed after three times of treatment and was cured after operation.Conclusion:Foaming lauromacrogol injection is effective in the treatment of sublingual gland cyst,with mild postoperative reaction and fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
