摘  要:随着本科层次职业教育纵深发展,产教融合持续深化、职教地位日益攀升、办学质量稳中有进,本科层次职业教育学生职业综合素质评价迫切性逐渐凸显。本文立足这一现实动因,基于以系统设计规范为导向、以学生实际进步为目的、以职业核心能力为重心的原则,构建包含职业能力、职业知识、职业道德、职业目标和职业态度5个一级指标,8个二级指标和28个三级指标的本科层次职业教育学生职业综合素质评价体系。要点分析得出,职业能力、职业知识评价是重点,职业核心能力评价是特点,给每项指标赋分是难点。本科层次职业教育学生职业综合素质评价要求:明确方向,以学生为核心主体;突出特色,实现师生同向同行;结构立体,驱动多元多样评价。With the in-depth development of undergraduate vocational education,the integration of industry and education continues to deepen,the status of vocational education is increasingly rising,and the education quality has been steadily improving.Therefore,the urgency of evaluating the comprehensive professional quality of undergraduate vocational students is gradually becoming prominent.Based on this realistic motivation,and based on the principles of taking the system design specification as the guide,taking the actual progress of students as the purpose,and taking the professional core ability as the center of gravity,this paper constructs a comprehensive professional quality evaluation system for undergraduate vocational students,which consists of five first-class indicators,including professional ability,professional knowledge,professional ethics,professional goals and professional attitude,eight second-class indicators and 28 third-class indicators.Analysis shows that,the evaluation of professional ability and knowledge is the key point,and the characteristics lies in the evaluation of professional core ability,and how to assign scores to each indicator is the challenge.Accordingly,it puts forward the precautions for the evaluation of students comprehensive professional quality in undergraduate vocational education:take students as the core subject,make sure the teachers and the students go in the same direction,and introduce multiple and diverse evaluation.
