摘 要:基于遥感与Web GIS技术,构建了山火检测及火势蔓延监控平台,主要包括多模型联合的火点检测、基于Rothermel模型的地表火蔓延模拟和基于粒子模拟的三维可视化等功能。系统在多源遥感数据的基础上,联合多项火点检测模型,实现高温异常点的定位,并模拟不同下垫面及气象等因子影响下的火势蔓延过程,进而建立直观的可视化模拟。文章以大同市森林火灾为例,验证系统的可行性,结果表明该系统能够有效检测火点并模拟预测火势蔓延情况,对于提高山区森林防灭火工作水平,减少人员伤亡和财产损失,保护生态环境提供技术支撑。Based on remote sensing and Web GIS technology,the platform is constructed a wildfire detection and fire spread monitoring platform mainly includes the functions of fire point detection by combining multiple models,surface fire spread simulation based on the Rothermel model,and three-dimensional visualisation based on particle simulation.The system combines several fire point detection models on the basis of multi-source remote sensing data to locate high-temperature anomalies and simulate the fire spreading process under the influence of different subsurface and meteorological factors,and then establishes an intuitive visualisation simulation,and verifies the feasibility of the system by taking the forest fires in Datong City as an example,and the results show that the system is able to detect the fire points and simulate the prediction of fire spreading effectively,which is helpful for improving the level of forest fire prevention and suppression work and reducing the number of personnel.The results show that the system can effectively detect fire points and simulate and predict the spread of fire,which can provide technical support for improving the level of fire prevention and extinguishing work in mountainous forests,reducing casualties and property losses,and protecting ecological environment.
