基层医疗卫生机构地震应急药品综合备灾标准化探讨

摘　　要：基层医疗卫生机构在突发事件发生后第一时间展开应急救治工作起着重要作用。储备一定种类和数量的应急药品是基层医疗卫生机构有序展开应急救援工作的基石,但基层医疗卫生机构数量多、分布广、规模小,无法大量储备应对所有灾害的药品,因此地震应急药品综合备灾标准化研究就具有了一定的应用价值。该文结合情景分析法与内容分析法,分别进行了情景分析、伤情分析、药品统计分析和标准化研究。得到以下结论:(1)震后伤情主要分6类:机械性外伤、埋压窒息伤、完全性饥饿、精神障碍、疫情传染和其他。(2)基层医疗卫生机构应急药品具有综合备灾标准化的条件;(3)提出适合于基层医疗卫生机构综合备灾的应急药品标准化建议目录。Primary health organization plays an important role after disaster relief.It is the foundation of orderly emergency rescue work to reserve a certain type and quantity of emergency drugs in primary health organization.However,the primary health organization can`t reserve a large amount of drug to respond different disasters for number,distribution and scale.Therefore,the standardized research on comprehensive reserve of emergency drugs has certain application value in primary health organization.Scenario analysis method and Content analysis method combined to form scenario-content analysis method.The method included scenario analysis,injury analysis,drug statistical analysis and standardization research.The main results show that:(1)The post-earthquake injuries are mainly divided into six categories:mechanical trauma,buried pressure suffocation injury,complete hunger,mental disorders,epidemic transmission and others;(2)Emergency drugs have the standardization conditions for comprehensive reserve in primary health organization;(3)The standardization suggested catalog of emergency drug comprehensive reserve has been proposed in primary health organization.
