摘  要:【目的】旨在设计一种用于生态茶园环境作业的开沟抛土刀。【方法】以正切面折弯角、抛土片面积、抛土片与侧切面夹角为试验因素,以功耗和区域抛土质量为评价指标,采用Box-Benknken中心组合设计法进行离散元仿真试验。【结果】(1)正切面弯折角、抛土片面积、抛土片与侧切面夹角3个因素对功耗和区域抛土质量的影响均显著。(2)仿真试验得出的最优参数组合:正切面弯折角112.7°,抛土片面积3566 mm^(2),抛土片与侧切面夹角132.5°。在最优参数条件下,功耗为1.121 kW,区域抛土质量为11.45 kg。(3)刀具功耗平均误差为12.25%,区域抛土质量平均误差为12.67%,说明该仿真模型较为可靠。【Purpose】The study aimed to design a trenching and soil-throwing blade applicable for ecological tea garden.【Method】Based on the dynamic analysis of blade during operation process and Box-Behnken central composite design,a discrete element simulation experiment was conducted with bending angle of front tangent plane,area of thrown up soil,and the angle between thrown up soil and side tangent plane as experimental factors to evaluate the quality of thrown up soil and power consumption.【Result】(1)Bending angle of front tangent plane,area of thrown up soil,and the angle between thrown up soil and side tangent plane all significantly affect power consumption and thrown up soil quality.(2)The optimal parameter combination(bending angle of front tangent plane at 112.7°,area of thrown up soil at 3566 mm^(2),and the angle between thrown up soil and side tangent plane at 132.5°)obtained from the simulation tests resulted in 11.45 kg of thrown up soil within the working range at the power consumption of 1.121 kW.(3)The average errors between the simulation tests and field trials were 12.25%and 12.67%for power consumption and quality of thrown up soil,respectively.【Conclusion】The simulation model was reliable for the manufacture of trenching and soil-throwing blade.
