摘 要:研究HIsmelt冶炼钒钛磁铁矿过程中温度和成分对钒、钛和硅分配行为的影响,并探讨HIsmelt冶炼自然碱度钒钛磁铁矿的可行性。热力学计算表明,更高的炉渣FeO含量、碱度,更低的温度和铁水含C量有利于提高钒和钛元素的分配比。然而,降低炉渣碱度和FeO含量有利于渣铁中钛和钒资源的回收。建议在HIsmelt冶炼钒钛磁铁矿时,碱度保持在1.1~1.2范围内,温度在1400~1450℃范围内。结果表明,HIsmelt工艺冶炼自然碱度钒钛磁铁矿存在困难。The effect of temperature and composition on the distribution behavior of V,Ti and Si in HIsmelt smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite was investigated,and the feasibility of HIsmelt smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite with natural basicity was evaluated.The thermodynamic calculations showed that higher FeO content and basicity,and lower C content and temperature are favorable for improving vanadium and titanium distribution ratio.However,reducing basicity and FeO content benefits the recovery of vanadium and titanium resources in hot metal and slag.It is proposed that in the HIsmelt smelting vanadium and titanium magnetite,the basicity is kept between 1.1 and 1.2,and the temperature is in the range of 1400-1450℃.The experimental results indicate that there are difficulties in HIsmelt smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite with natural basicity.
