乡村振兴背景下新型职业农民培育路径探析

摘　　要：党的二十大报告中作出乡村振兴这一重要战略部署,农民是乡村振兴的主体,是建设社会主义现代化强国的重要力量。随着科技发展和农业现代化进程加快,培育新型职业农民是促进农村经济快速发展的必然要求,也是提升农民专业技能、职业素养的主要途径,但在新型职业农民的培育中,存在培训方式单一、师资队伍薄弱、培训机制不健全等问题,本文针对这些问题,提出一系列现实路径,有助于新型职业农民培育工作的展开。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made the important strategic plan of rural revitalization.With the development of science and technology and the acceleration of agricultural modernization,it is necessary to cultivate new-type professional farmers to promote the rapid development of rural economy,however,there are some problems in the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,such as single educational method,weak teaching staff and unsound educational mechanism,etc.,it is helpful to develop the work of cultivating new-type professional farmers.
