摘　　要：研究生联合培养教育是创新研究生培养形式的重要途径,对推进研究生培养形式改革、提升人才培养质量和学术研究具有重要意义。文章从分析国内外研究生联合培养研究现状及教育质量的重要性出发,探究以PDCA循环为主线,构建全过程的研究生联合培养基地运行机制和保障体系新方式,理顺联合培养过程中的责权利关系,提高联合培养研究生教育的实效性,促进教育质量体系建设,营造良好的高校研究生人才培养生态环境。Graduate joint training education is an important way to innovate the form of graduate training,which is of great significance for promoting the reform of graduate training forms,improving the quality of talent training and academic research.Starting from the analysis of the current situation of graduate joint training research at home and abroad and the importance of educational quality,this article explores a new way of constructing a full process operation mechanism and guarantee system for graduate joint training bases based on the PDCA cycle.It clarifies the relationship between responsibilities and rights in the joint training process,improves the effectiveness of graduate joint training education,promotes the construction of educational quality system,and creates a good ecological environment for graduate talent cultivation in universities.
