手术治疗烧伤瘢痕癌多次复发1例并文献复习

摘　　要：烧伤瘢痕癌是发生于烧伤瘢痕组织长期溃疡,而继发的一种具有侵袭性的皮肤恶性肿瘤。临床上时有报道,但并不常见,治疗以手术切除为主,术后复发率较低。本文报道一例高分化的烧伤瘢痕癌,经过反复手术且多次复发后最终接受截肢。目的 为探讨其多次复发的原因,同时通过复习相关文献以及总结该病例特点,加深对烧伤瘢痕癌的认识和提高诊疗水平,减少复发,并进行规范化治疗和管理,希望后续烧伤科医师加以避免,引起足够的重视。Burn scar cancer is an aggressive cutaneous malignancy of burn scar tissue.It has been reported clinically,but not commonly,the treatment is mainly surgical resection,and the postoperative recurrence rate is low.This paper reports a case of highly differentiated burn scar cancer that finally underwent amputation after repeated surgery and multiple recurrences.Therefore,we report this case to explore the causes of multiple recurrence.At the same time,by reviewing relevant literature and summarizing the characteristics of the case,we can deepen the understanding of burn scar cancer,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment,reduce recurrence,and conduct standardized treatment and management,hoping that subsequent burn doctors can avoid it and attract enough attention.
