机械臂带电拆装开口销作业工具在输电线路运维中的应用

摘　　要：在输电线路中,线路金具的连接部位一般通过螺栓连接。为防止螺栓受外界影响脱落,需在螺栓增加开口销加强其安全性。螺栓开口销在线路中常有缺失现象,源头主要在线路竣工验收的精细把关。施工人员漏装开口销及安装不规范会导致开口销脱落,给线路安全运行带来极大的安全隐患。基于此,本文研发了一套机械臂带电拆装开口销的作业工具,经运行实践,反应效果良好。In transmission lines,the connection parts of line fittings are generally connected by bolts.To prevent bolts from falling off due to external influences,it is necessary to add split pins to the bolts to enhance their safety.The phenomenon of missing bolt split pins in the line is mainly due to the meticulous inspection of the completion and acceptance of the line.The omission and improper installation of split pins by construction personnel can cause them to fall off,posing great safety hazards to the safe operation of the line.Based on this,this paper has developed a set of operating tools for live disassembly and assembly of split pins using a robotic arm.Through practical operation,the response effect is good.
