摘　　要：随着当前世界经济一体化趋势不断增强,如何更好地提升研究生就业综合竞争力,实现人力资源有效配置,是高等教育所面临和亟待解决的重要问题。当前,部分高校研究生缺乏专业的就业指导与规划,导致其对未来从事的职业定位存在一定的盲目性。基于此,文章在系统阐述“三全育人”理念对于加强研究生就业指导工作作用的基础上,应用数据分析法对我国硕士毕业生就业情况进行了分析,并在拓展硕士研究生就业教育的主体性、时间性、空间性基础上,将就业指导与“三全育人”理念相结合,构建了全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的硕士研究生就业指导机制,旨在为全面提升我国高校硕士毕业生的就业质量提供借鉴。With the deepening of global economic integration,how to better enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of graduate employment and achieve effective allocation of human resources as become a key issue facing higher education and need to be solved urgently.Currently,graduate students failed to receive professional employment guidance and planning,leading to a certain degree of blindness in their future career orientation.To this end,the article applies data analysis method to examine the employment status of master graduates on the basis of systematically elaborating on the role of the“three-wide education”.The thesis proposes to combine employment guidance with“three-wide education”to construct a comprehensive mechanism of employment guidance characterized by full education,educating people throughout the process and all-round education,on the basis of expanding the subjectivity,timeliness,and spatiality of graduate employment education,aiming to provide reference for comprehensively enhancing the employment quality of master's graduates.
