摘  要:针对镜铁矿与绿泥石性质接近难以分离的问题,采用单矿物试验及人工混合矿浮选试验研究了刺槐豆胶在十二胺捕收剂下对镜铁矿/绿泥石浮选分离中回收率的影响;通过吸附量测试、Zeta电位测试、红外光谱和XPS光谱研究了刺槐豆胶在镜铁矿表面的吸附机理。研究结果表明:刺槐豆胶对绿泥石基本没有抑制作用,但能对镜铁矿产生较强的选择性抑制作用;在pH=6、刺槐豆胶质量浓度为120 mg/L时达到最佳分离效果,此时,镜铁矿回收率为28%,绿泥石回收率维持在90%以上,人工混合矿试验也证明了刺槐豆胶能有效提升铁精矿品位。刺槐豆胶在镜铁矿上的吸附强度大于在绿泥石上的吸附强度,但刺槐豆胶质量浓度过高会削弱矿物间吸附差异。刺槐豆胶是典型的非离子型聚合物,主要通过化学吸附和氢键作用抑制镜铁矿,其表面的大量羟基吸附在镜铁矿表面,并与镜铁矿表面铁离子形成Fe(OH)3络合物,有效提高了镜铁矿的亲水性,扩大了镜铁矿绿泥石间的可浮性差异。刺槐豆胶可以作为分离镜铁矿/绿泥石的潜在选择抑制剂。The effect of locust bean gum on the recovery rate in the flotation separation of specularite/chlorite under collector dodecylamine(DDA) was investigated in single mineral tests and artificial mixed mineral flotation experiments to solve the problem of difficulty in separating specularite and chlorite because of their similar properties.Furthermore,the adsorption mechanism of locust bean gum on specularite surface was investigated through adsorption amounts measurement,Zeta potential measurement,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and XPS spectroscopy.The results show that locust bean gum has no significant depression effect on chlorite but exhibits strong selective depression towards specularite.The optimal separation effect is achieved at pH=6 with mass concentration of 120 mg/L of locust bean gum,resulting in a recovery rate of 28% for specularite and maintaining a recovery rate above 90% for chlorite.Artificially mixed ore experiments have also proved that locust bean gum can effectively improve the grade of iron concentrate.The adsorption strength of locust bean gum on specularite is greater than that on chlorite,but excessively high mass concentration of quality will weaken the differences in mineral adsorption.Locust bean gum is a typical non-ionic polymer that depresses specularite through chemical adsorption and hydrogen bonding.The abundant hydroxyl groups on its surface adsorb onto the surface of specularite,forming Fe(OH)3 complexes with Fe ions on the surface of specularite.This effectively improves the hydrophilicity of specularite and expands the floatability difference between specularite and chlorite.Locust bean gum has potential as a selective depressant for separating specularite from chlorite.
