摘  要:高铁制动单元箱体是高速列车的重要支撑部件,直接影响着高速列车的使用性能和安全性能。采用AnyCasting软件对高铁制动单元箱体铸造充型、凝固和收缩过程进行数值模拟,得到了充型速度、充型温度、凝固液相区及收缩缺陷分布情况,发现高铁制动单元箱体铸造存在缩松、缩孔等缺陷;提出了改进浇注系统、中间冒口改为发热冒口、增加冒口补缩通道等工艺措施。经AnyCasting软件再次进行的数值模拟表明,改进后的工艺实现了高铁制动单元箱体铁液充型过程平稳、无紊流,充型速度适中、无冲砂风险,凝固过程无断流、无孤立液相区,避免了缩孔、缩松等缺陷的产生。对箱体铸件的试样进行检测,内部无缺陷,组织和性能均满足标准要求。The brake unit box of high-speed railway is an important supporting part of high-speed train,which directly affects the performance and safety of high-speed train.By using AnyCasting software,the filling,solidification and shrinking process of the box casting of the high-speed iron brake unit was numerically simulated,and the filling speed,filling temperature,solidification liquid phase and the distribution of shrinkage defects were obtained.It was found that the box casting of the high-speed iron brake unit had defects such as shrinkage porosity and shrinkage holes.Some technological measures such as improving the pouring system,changing the middle riser into a heating riser and increasing the feeding channel of the riser are put forward.The numerical simulation conducted by AnyCasting software again shows that the improved process can realize the stable and turbulent filling process of liquid iron in the box of the high-speed iron brake unit,moderate filling speed,no risk of sand washing,no flow interruption and no isolated liquid phase during the solidification process,and avoid the defects such as shrinkage hole and shrinkage porosity.The sample of the box casting was tested,and there were no defects inside,and the structure and performance met the standard requirements.
