摘  要:针对TF2000型数控不落轮镟床加工过程中,由于切削量不合理导致刀具崩折和切削次数增多等影响加工效率的情况,通过反复试验对比得出,镟床最优效率的单次切削量不应超过3 mm.其优化方案为:优先进行轮缘部分加工,以单次切削量不大于3 mm进行踏面粗加工,适当采用中高转速进给进行精加工,根据测量结果灵活选取加工方式.In response to the tool breakage and increased cutting frequency caused by unreasonable cutting amount during the machining process of the TF2000 CNC non falling wheel lathe,repeated experiments have been conducted.It is found that the optimal single cutting amount for the lathe should not exceed 3mm.The optimization plan is to prioritize the machining of wheel flanges,perform rough machining of tread with a single cutting amount not exceeding 3mm,use medium and high speeds and feed for precision machining.Flexible selection is necessary of processing methods based on measurement results.
