常规超声及超声造影在大网膜常见疾病中的应用

摘　　要：大网膜是腹膜的重要组成部分,既可以预防疾病,又可以传播疾病,常被感染性、肿瘤性和创伤性病变所累及,其中以原发性大网膜结核、大网膜转移癌最为常见。超声(US)是一种准确、安全、相对便宜且易于使用的成像工具,可作为大网膜检查的首先影像学方法。随着超声造影技术的应用,虽然在鉴别大网膜病变性质方面有待进一步研究,但是其可以辅助穿刺,提高检出率。本文就常规超声及超声造影在大网膜常见疾病中的应用进行系统综述。The omentum is an important part of the peritoneum,which can both prevent disease and spread disease,and is often affected by infectious,neoplastic and traumatic lesions,among which primary omental tuberculosis and omental metastases are the most common.Ultrasound is a very accurate,safe,relatively inexpensive,and easy-to-use imaging tool that serves as the first imaging method for omentosis.With the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology,although further research is needed in identifying the properties of omentum lesions,it can assist puncture and improve the detection rate.This article reviews the application of conventional ultrasound and contrast ultrasonography in common diseases of the omentum.
