摘　　要：梗阻性左半结肠癌是一种高发病率高死亡率的手术急症。传统上,针对其治疗以急诊手术为主。随着多学科诊疗模式的兴起和医疗技术的更新进步,手术治疗方案也呈现出多样化的趋势。经肛肠梗阻导管和自膨式金属支架的应用日益突出,将急诊手术转化为限期手术,并在临床治疗上取得了良好的效果,被广泛评价为"通往外科手术的桥梁"。对不同患者,在众多手术治疗方案中选择最适合的一项,从而改善短期预后及长期结局,是现阶段梗阻性左半结肠癌的主要研究方向也是治疗的重中之重。Obstructive left colon cancer is a surgical emergency characterized by significant morbidity and mortality.Traditionally,the treatment of this condition is predicated upon the administration of emergency surgical intervention.The diversification of surgical treatment plans is evident with the increasing adoption of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment approaches,as well as advancements in medical technology.The utilization of transanal decompression tubes and self expandable metallic stents has become increasingly prominent,leading to a shift from emergency surgery to limited surgery.This treatment has yielded favorable outcomes and has been extensively assessed as a means to facilitate surgical interventions.In order to choose the most appropriate surgical procedure for different patients to improve their short-term prognosis and long-term outcome,this is the main research direction and the most important thing in the treatment of obstructive left hemicolon cancer at present.
