绿色城镇化的逻辑、内涵与特征辨析

摘　　要：通过研究人与自然共生和城镇化的相互演进关系,解析了绿色城镇化的发展演进逻辑,明确绿色城镇化与生态文明的历史对应关系;通过区分城镇化绿色转型的主体层次,归纳了绿色城镇化三个层面的深刻内涵,即微观主体生产生活内容绿色转型,城乡集聚单元空间绿色转型,人口、产业、产品迁转流通的城镇化过程绿色转型;根据绿色城镇化时空维度演变,揭示了绿色城镇化的阶段性、多样性、共享性(人民性)、全局性四大关键趋势性特征。推进绿色城镇化必须深刻把握这些典型的趋势性特征。The article studies several important theoretical issues related to green urbanization.Through the mutual evolution relationship between human and nature symbiosis and urbanization,the development and evolution logic of green urbanization is analyzed,and the historical correspondence between green urbanization and ecological civilization is clarified.By distinguishing the main levels of green transformation in urbanization,the profound connotations of three levels of green urbanization are summarized:namely,the green transformation of production and life content of micro entities,the green transformation of urban and rural agglomeration unit space,and the green transformation of urbanization process through the migration and circulation of population,industry and products.Based on the spatiotemporal evolution of green urbanization,the four key trend characteristics of green urbanization,including stage,diversity,sharing(people-oriented)and overall,have been revealed.To promote green urbanization,it is necessary to deeply grasp these typical trend characteristics.
