摘　　要：目的 :为蝶腭孔相关手术提供解剖依据。方法 :观察 10 6侧正中矢状切开颅骨蝶腭孔的位置、形状、大小 ,测量蝶腭孔的长径、宽径及孔中心至前鼻棘的距离。结果 :(1)蝶腭孔位于中鼻甲后端与蝶窦底之间 ,为圆形、椭圆形、不规则形 ,分为单孔、双孔、3孔 ;(2 )平均长径 :左边是 5 .85± 1.17mm ,右边是 6 .0 9±1.31mm ,平均宽径 :左边是 3.91± 0 .97mm ,右边是 3.92± 0 .98mm ;(3)孔中心至前鼻棘距离的平均值 :左是4 9 .6 9± 3.5 5mm ,右是 5 0 .72± 2 .87mm。结论Objective:To furnish anatomy evidence for foramen sphenopalatinum. Methods: The anatomical location,shape and size of the foramen sphenopalatinum in 106 half skulls swan middle-saggitally were investigated. The length,width to the foramen sphenopalatinum and the distance from the center of the foramen sphenopalatinum to the anterior nasal spine were measured. Results: (1)The foramen sphenopalatinum was between the behind middle turbinate and the bottom of the sphenoid sinus. It appeared round, ellipse, irregular, and one foramen, two foramens or three foramens;(2)The mean length in the left was 5.85±1.17mm and that in the right was 6.09±1.31mm.The mean width in the left was 3.91±0.97mm and that in the right was 3.92±0.98mm;(3)The mean distance from the center of foramen sphenopalatinum to the spina nasalis anterior in the left was 49.69±3.55mm, and that in the right was 50.72± 2.87mm .Conclusion: The observation and survery about the foramen sphenopalatinum well supply clinical with anatomy homological.
