摘  要:随着非线性负荷大量接入电网,电网信号畸变严重,传统电量计量方法暴露出诸多问题。针对电网非平稳畸变信号的电量计量,提出一种基于经验小波变换的电量计量方法,能很大程度规避经验模态分解的模态混叠现象。构造电网典型稳态和时变电压、电流波形,利用经验小波变换分解、重构基波分量和畸变分量,计算畸变信号功率,并与经验模态分解、小波变换对比,经验小波变换自适应能力强、谐波分解准确、畸变信号还原度高、功率计量相对误差小,在电能测量领域有显著优势。With the extensive use of nonlinear loads in the power grid,the power grid signals are seriously distorted,and many problems are exposed in the traditional electricity measurement methods.Aiming at the electricity metering of non-stationary distorted signals in power grid,a new electricity metering method based on empirical wavelet transform is proposed,which can avoid the mode mixing phenomenon of empirical mode decomposition to a great extent.The typical steady-state and time-varying current and voltage waveforms are constructed.The empirical wavelet transform method is used to decompose and reconstructs the fundamental component,and the distortion component,respectively,and the distorted signal power is calculated.Compared with the empirical mode decomposition method and wavelet transform method,the empirical wavelet transform method has a robust adaptive ability,accurate harmonic decomposition,a high degree of distortion signal reduction,and a small relative error of power measurement.It has a significant advantage in the field of electric power measurement.
