摘　　要：目的探讨多学科团队模式干预对老年帕金森病患者负性情绪、睡眠障碍及生活质量的影响。方法以86例老年帕金森病患者为研究对象,按入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各43例。两组患者均接受常规诊疗,观察组患者在常规诊疗基础上接受多学科团队模式干预。比较两组患者干预前后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、帕金森睡眠量表(PDSS)和帕金森病患者生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)的评分。结果干预后两组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分、PDQ-39评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);干预后两组患者PDSS评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论对老年帕金森病患者应用多学科团队模式干预可以缓解负性情绪、改善睡眠、提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary team model intervention(MDTMI)on negative emotions,sleep disorders and quality of life of elderly patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods Eighty-six elderly PD patients were divided into control and observation group according to the order of admission,43 cases in each.Both groups received routine diagnosis and treatment,on this basis observation group did the MDTMI.The scores on Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Parkinson's Disease Sleep Scale(PDSS)and 39-item Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire(PDQ-39)were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention the scores on the HAMD,HAMA and PDQ-39 in both groups lowered compared with pre-intervention and were lower in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);the scores on the PDSS in both groups elevated compared with pre-intervention and that was higher in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion The MDTMI could alleviate negative emotions,improve sleep and raise quality of life in elderly PD patients.
