摘 要:专业认证作为推动我国教师教育质量提升的关键引擎,催生了师范类专业的转型变革。基于专业认证的师范类专业以高质量教师教育体系建设为核心目标,构筑了涵盖教师教育、基础教育、政府机构、教育行业、家庭及社会各界的复杂网络系统。这一系统通过对师范专业系统效能的可测量结果进行评估,打通了高质量教师教育发展与中国基础教育现代化之间的连续性证据链,实现对专业质量的持续监督和评价。基于专业认证的师范专业课程结构由离散形态转变为模块化的“装配式结构”,注重跨学科内容的融合和知识结构的深度整合。专业认证制度的优化需要强化多元主体的证据体系,推进核心素养测量的可操作化,并构建一体化教育实践框架。Professional accreditation has become a key driving force for improving teacher education program quality in China,catalyzing their transformation.Teacher education programs built on professional accreditation set the construction of high-quality teacher education systems as the core goal.They have established an intricate network encompassing teacher education,basic education,government bodies,the education industry,families and diverse societal sectors.By assessing measurable outcomes regarding the efficacy of teacher education program systems,this network has created a continuous evidence chain linking the advancement of premium teacher education with China’s basic education modernization,enabling sustained oversight and assessment of program quality.The curriculum framework of accreditation-based teacher education programs has shifted from a discrete form to a modularized“assembly-style”structure that underscores interdisciplinary content integration and in-depth consolidation of knowledge architectures.Optimizing professional accreditation systems necessitates augmenting evidence systems from multifarious stakeholders,facilitating operationalization of core literacy appraisal,and constructing integrated educational practice platforms.
