摘 要:目的 评估功能性矫治器与固定矫治器治疗在前牙反[牙合]治疗中的有效性。方法 回顾性选取2017年7月—2022年6月漳浦县妇幼保健院接诊的82例前牙反[牙合]患者的临床资料,根据不同矫治器治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组实行固定矫治器治疗,观察组实行功能性矫治器治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组鼻根点到上齿槽点连线与前颅底平面夹角SNA为(84.08±3.21)°、SNA与SNB角的差值ANB为(2.01±0.89)°,大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.395、3.802,P<0.05);两组鼻根点到下齿槽点连线与前颅底平面夹角SNB对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组上颌长大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组关节角、Y轴角、下颌长对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组上中切牙角大于对照组,下中切牙小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组下颌平面角、前后颅底长对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 功能性矫治器与固定矫治器治疗在前牙反[牙合]治疗中都可以获得显著效果,但是功能性矫治器的疗效更佳,可以更好地改善患者的上中切牙角和下中切牙角。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of functional appliance and fixed appliance in the treatment of anterior counter occlusion.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with anterior counter occlusion who were admitted to Zhangpu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2017 to June 2022 were retrospectirdy selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different orthodontic treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fixed appliance,the observation group was treated with functional appliance.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of anterior counter occlusion patients was compared.Results After treatment,the angle between the nasion point to the upper alveolar point and the plane of the anterior skull base(SNA) was(84.08±3.21)°and the the difference between SNA angle and SNB angle(ANB) was(2.01±0.89)°in the observation group,which were bigger than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.395,3.802,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference the angle between the nasion point to the line of the inferior alveolar point and the plane of the anterior skull base(SNB) between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The maxillary growth of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in joint Angle,Y-axis angle and mandibular length between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the upper central incisor angle in the observation group was bigger than that in the control group,and the lower central incisor angle was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in mandibular plane angle,posterior skull base length and anterior skull base length between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Co
