摘　　要：目的 探讨在小儿围术期护理中采用家长参与联合角色扮演的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2020年5月—2021年5月在联勤保障部队第九〇七医院采用进行手术治疗的100例患儿的临床资料进行分析,根据不同的护理方法进行分组,每组50例。采用常规围术期护理的患儿纳入对照组,在常规围术期护理的基础上采用家长参与联合角色扮演的患儿纳入观察组,对比两组护理前、护理中、护理后的焦虑情况和麻醉配合程度、开放静脉时与苏醒拔管后的心率、平均动脉压和脉搏血氧饱和度以及家属满意度。结果 护理中和护理后,观察组的改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表(Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale,mYPAS)评分和麻醉诱导期合作量表(Induction Compliance Checklist,ICC)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组开放静脉时与苏醒拔管后的心率和平均动脉压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒拔管后的脉搏血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.396,P<0.05)。结论 在小儿围术期护理中采用家长参与联合角色扮演的效果较好,不仅能有效减轻患儿的焦虑情况,提高其麻醉配合程度,还可以稳定其在术中的各项生命体征,提升家属满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of using parental involvement combined with role-playing in pediatric perioperative nursing.Methods The clinical data of 100 children who underwent surgical treatment in the 907th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from May 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The children with routine perioperative nursing were included in the control group.On the basis of routine perioperative nursing,the children with parents ' participation in joint role-playing were included in the observation group.The anxiety and anesthesia coordination before,during and after nursing,heart rate,mean arterial pressure and pulse oxygen saturation during and after opening the vein and extubation,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing and nursing,the scores of Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale(mYPAS) and Induction Compliance Checklist(ICC) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the time of opening the vein and after extubation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulse oxygen saturation after extubation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric perioperative nursing care,the use of parental involvement combined with role-playing is more effective,not only can effectively reduce the anxiety of the child,improve their degree of cooperation with anesthesia,but also stabilize their intraoperative vital signs,improve family satisfaction,cli
